Volunteer work for environmental improvement on Nadeulgil on Ganghwado.
ISU System conducted its volunteer work in improving the environment around Nadeulgil on Ganghwado, which belongs to Incheon Metropolitan City, on Sep. 24. The volunteering was related to ISU System’s declaration of a new vision and reflected its commitment to clearing change-obstructing old issues and starting over.
Volunteer Work at Seoul Metropolitan Women Protection Center
On April 2, ISU Exachem engaged in volunteering at Seoul Metropolitan City Women Protection Center. ISU Exachem has continued its volunteering for the facility since its partnership was established late last year. The entire company staff was split into five teams and worked in cleaning sewer, improving the environment, supplying goods to a bazaar, event wrap-up, and helping center residents’ restart in life. Volunteer Work in Delivering Briquettes to Guryong Village
ISU Exachem engaged in volunteer work in supplying briquettes to Guryong Village residents on Dec. 9. With the help of Warm Korean Peninsula Love Briquette Sharing Campaign Foundation, the employees delivered 200 briquettes to seven households. In wrapping up its briquette volunteering, ISU Exachem heaved a way-to-go, pledging to give to needy neighbors and achieving excellent business goal next year again.
I LOVE Sharing Volunteer Work
ISU Chemical held I Love Sharing, a project for delivering a gift package of living necessities at Onsan Plant on Dec. 5. At the event which lasted about 4 hours, about 30 executives or employees including CEO Ryu Seung-ho participated in packing 750 gift parcels. The packed parcels were donated to Ulsan Metropolitan City Social Service Network, which in turn delivered them to the socially disadvantaged people in the city such as seniors living by themselves and low-income persons with disabilities.

On Dec. 4, ISU Exachem engaged in volunteer work at Women Protection Center located in Ilwon-dong, Seoul. The entire company staff engaged in various activities such as cleaning sewer, improving the environment, and helping center residents’ restart in life. Furthermore, the company donated 3 million won, a fund raised in its commitment to sharing.

On Sep. 18, ISU Chemical conducted I Love Sharing, a project for delivering gift parcels of living necessities for Chuseok holiday at Onsan Plant on Sep. 18. The event was joined by 30 or so executives or employees including Chairman Kim Sang Beom. 750 gift parcels were donated to Ulsan Metropolitan City Social Service Network, which in turn delivered them to the socially disadvantaged people in the city such as seniors living by themselves and low-income persons with disabilities. Looking ahead, ISU Chemical continues to stand by local community through not only sharing gift parcels but also steady volunteer work.
Entire Company Staff Joins Fund Raising to Help Needy Neighbors
ISU Petasys held a ceremony for delivering sponsorship money for children from low-income families with divorced parents at Daegu Dalseong-gun General Welfare Center on Jan. 8, 2014. The sponsorship money of 15 million won was going to be used for Experience Hope School for children from low-income families.
Low Gift Parcel Delivery
ISU Chemical held Love Gift Parcel Delivery in front of the main building of Onsan Plant on Dec. 11, 2014. Taking its 5th turn since 2010, the event was joined by 35 executives or employees including CEO Lee Kyu-cheol, who packed 650 boxes of living necessities (worth about 30.45 million won). The parcels of living necessities were donated to Ulsan Social Service Network, which in turn delivered them to children and persons with disabilities and from low-income families and seniors living alone who were affiliated with eight organizations including Ulsan Federation of Disabled People.

On Jun. 5, ISU Petasys held the 4th Experience Hope School. It is an event designed to provide various opportunities for cultural experiences for children from low-income families with divorced parents who are less exposed to cultural enjoyments and help children learn order and cultivate community spirit through group activities.
