We are making a brand new start for the second phase, in order to become a global construction company by leveraging our techniques, knowhow and experience built up over 30 years, both domestically and internationally.

Established in 1976, ISU E&C has actively performed in various construction fields, including civil engineering, commercial buildings, housing, industrial plants, environmental facilities and national infrastructure businesses and has grown into a competent general construction company. We are contributing to the development of the Korean construction industry through differentiated architectural design, advanced technology, accurate quality construction and thorough quality management.

In civil engineering, we play a prominent role in implementing balanced regional development throughout Korea, constructing roads, tunnels and bridges in major regions. Also we proactively participated in SOC businesses, playing a key role in constructing a national infrastructure. In construction businesses, we display differentiated capability in various fields, such as housing, business facilities, distribution facilities, leisure and sports facilities, research and education facilities, medical facilities and overseas investment development projects.

The company has newly started a Korean-style total real estate business. And it aims to provide across-the-board services in all areas of real estate industry as a B2C industry linked to home life services.

The company engages in business operations with a view to maintaining and repairing facilities and conducting construction work in and outside buildings, factories, apartments, and other buildings, real estate investment, rental, management, brokerage, sale, consulting, and operation, real estate development business, collective housing management, and hygiene management service.

The company will grow into a professional real estate company that will comprise not only consulting, rental management, facility management, defect management, reform involved in acquisition or sale of customer’s real estate but also all home life services including beautification, security, parking, moving and cleaning, rental, and interior.
