Founded in 1972, ISU Petasys has specialized in supplying PCBs (Print Circuit Boards) since 1989, growing together with the IT industry. We increased our competitiveness by expanding the investment in research and development, as well as in production facilities, ever since we joined as a new member of the ISU Group in 1995.

For the worldclass IT companies in various fields, we are steadily providing high-quality MLB (Multi-Layer Print Circuit Boards) that are used in telecommunication, servers and storages, aerospace and supercomputers. Especially, adapting to the increasing demands for high-performance, highintegrated and high-efficiency products, we provide nextgeneration PCBs one step ahead of time. As a result of this endeavor, we are consolidating a solid position as a worldclass leader in the global Ultra-multilayer PCB (more than 18 layers) market.

Equipped with advanced production facilities and technologies, we are actively advancing into domestic and overseas markets, growing into a global company that is specialized in HDI PCB.

Since its establishment in 2004, ISU Exaboard has mainly produced HDI PCBs and has a new phase as a specialized PCB company equipped with rigid and flexible production processes by merging with ISU Exaflex, the FPCB production company, in 2014. Now we are producing HDI PCBs for smartphones, FPCBs for mobile, RFBs for camera modules, FPCBs and RFBs for Key-PBA, and supplying to the leading mobile phone manufacturers.

We are intensively investing in Via Fill plating lines as the core facility and have equipped Full-Stack mass production systems, which have the highest level of difficulty in HDI PCBs. As such, we have strength in an outstanding production capability with consistent investment in facilities. Especially, we have world-class competitiveness in HDI PCB (Full-Stack) mass production technology for premium smartphones based on the Via Fill plating technology. Also we have various HDI production skills, such as network board and wearable RFBs, as well as PCBs for mobile. We will continue expanding the world market and continue to grow as a specialized global HDI PCB company.

We provide comprehensive IT consulting services for HR solutions, System Integration (SI), ERP systems and IT outsourcing. Furthermore, we have established strategic alliances with global IT companies, including SAP and Orac le (ERP, PeopleSoft) and have earned public trust by acquiring certifications, such as ISO27001 certificate (SaaS e-HR), GS certificate (OPTI-HR) and PCoE certificate (SAP A1). Toda ISU Corporation is a joint venture, set up by each 50% funding from ISU Holdings and TODA KOGYO CORP. from Japan on Feb. 2008.

Beginning with DY CORE for CRT TV, Toda ISU Corporation is currently supplying Ferrite core for LCD, PDP and LED to the customers worldwide. Toda ISU is striving to expand the business, aiming at contributing to the wide range of industries from electronic products to information, environment, energy, healthcare and aerospace.
